  West Virginia Rails 2010 will celebrate 100 years of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, built in 1910. Steam locomotives will once again whistle through the South Branch Valley.
  
  It has been nearly 50 years since a steam locomotive traveled the B & O rails in the South Branch Valley. The Potomac Eagle is bringing three steam locomotives into Petersburg June 25 through June 27.
  
  This is a chance of a lifetime to ride behind a vintage steam locomotive over the B & O line.
